Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D)
Doctor of Pharmacy is shortly known as Pharm–D. Pharm–D means the study of pharmaceutical sciences. Students with F.Sc pre medical background can choose this degree after fulfilling eligibility criteria. Pharm–D in Pakistan is approved by Higher Education Commission and recognized by the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan and is also accepted worldwide.

The approved Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) curriculum has been designed / formulated to prepare Quality Pharmacists who will have the capacity, up to date knowledge, strong ethical values, behavior, communication, writing and social skills that will enable them to pursue careers in:
- Drug regulatory affairs
- Employment within primary care groups
- As pharmaceutical advisor to health authorities, drug regulatory bodies, health planners and policy makers
- In education institutions and international epidemiological research organizations
- As research scientists in Research & Development departments (R&D) for new drug developments
- As community pharmacist to ensure safe, cost effective and rational use of drugs along with follow up prescription advices to the patients as well as the important role in drug testing laboratories
- In government regulated hospitals and private clinics as hospital and clinical pharmacists
- As research scientists in nuclear and forensic science agencies
- Within pharmaceutical industries as production pharmacists and as marketing managers for sale promotion of drugs
- As federal & provincial drug inspectors to regulate drug affairs
- FSc. (Pre-Medical) with minimum 60% marks OR
- A-Levels (Biology, Physics & Chemistry) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks, equivalence from IBCC will be required
Fee will be according to the University Policies.
PAYMENT
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- College has discretion to revise fee & dues as deemed necessary by the management time to time.
- Fee can be paid in installments once approved.
